| Abstract: The astigmatism of the optical centred systems is a defect caused by strongly inclined beams to their optical axis. It may also manifest at the human eye by contributing to the strong deformation of the images formed on the retina.The improvement is made with cylindrical, concave or convex lens, depending on the astigmatism nature. |
