| Abstract: GEIWEB is an interactive multimedial educational system for the teaching of science, in particular physics, in
secondary schools, and for professors' formative/inservice education. It includes movies to illustrate the experimental proposals, interfaced sensors for online measurements, drawing, graphics and word processing environments, network structure of all the contents, and other specific elements characterising multimediality. It is in an advanced stage of realisation, but still consists of separate units. The software integrate advanced user friendly and intuitive interfaces and is based on the integration of multimedia storage, interactive applets and useful documentation. |
