| Abstract: Tunable diode laser atomic spectroscopy (TDLAS) is a very efficient method for diagnostic and control of plasma because it is supposed that the disturbance of the plasma’s characteristics is minimal. In this paper I exemplify the measurements of densities of oxygen metastables in a dc glow discharge with hollow electrodes, and, also, the changes of these concentrations with two of the plasma variables: the discharge current and gas pressure. |
