| Abstract: The study seeks an answer to questions regarding the graduates integration in didactical activity. The originality of this study is setting an integration coefficient allowing its quantification.We’ve pointed out some of the final issues:
-The professional integration process must be to be conducted scientifically, rationally organized, according to real demands, adequately coordinated and efficiently controlled.
-Multiplying the contact points between their training and their workplace
-Accent set on “quality educability” which is asked by the teaching profession
-Integration in the profession is a process that presumes self discovering, confronting possibilities and own capabilities with reality |
