Abstract: In the present work, the phenomenological models of dielectric relaxation are studied and the Debye relations were
obtained. The different Argand diagrams were calculated for various model parameters. A few microscopic models (e.g.
resonant absorbtion, polarisation of the bistable
dipolar discrete systems) giving rise to Debye relaxation were analyzed.
The frequency dependence of permittivity and losses of some ferroelectric ceramics have been measured by Impedance
Spectroscopy method. Characteristics related to the thermally activated dielectric relaxation mechanism related to the
oxygen defect at the grain boundaries have been observed from the analysis of the complex impedance. |
