Abstract: The compounds based on phosphorus are utilized in many domains, such as chemical industry, extraction industry as complexant agents. Their presence in molecules confers special ionic properties that involve in the attaching way of these molecules with others, for obtaining the structural edifice cells, for transitory complex formation through the molecular sits. Phosphorus is capable to form active combinations in the time of cellular oxidations, so it is indispensable not only for the cellular breath, but for all the cellular functions. All these properties explain the implication of phosphorus in many metabolic processes that are commune to all the living cells. For example organophosphates can inhibit the activity of some enzymes. The mitotic action of phosphorus based compounds is known in the ophthalmology, in the therapeutic domain. The main information contained in this paper refers to the UV/IR’ 1H NMR and 13C NMR Spectra of tetraalkylalkylene - diphosphonate. (TAA-DP) and of octylphenylphosphorique acids (OPPA).
