| Abstract: Fluorescence spectra of some drugs are studied in this paper. Knowledge reffering to the spectral characteristic
of the drugs permit their evaluation in blood and urine of patients. The natural fluorescence of antibiotics permits to study
the convertion of this drug into anhydrotetracycline by heating in an acid medium. Some antibiotics are extremely toxic to
fungi insects and mammales. Their action can be also studied by electron spectroscopy means. Action of the sedatives and
tranquilizers can be evidenced by IR technique, when blood is analysed. |
