| Abstract: The present paper shows the major facilities in investigating the main ferroelectric characteristics of thin films by using a didactic Radiant EDU kit system. A few experiments were performed and the role of parameters was discussed: switching under various types of input field and frequencies, first order reversal curves, tunability, fatigue and rejuvenation. |
