The role of secondary education, as an operable passage within the education system must be associated with the idea of pedagogical transition between secondary school and upper stage as a major key to contemporary school reform. The social responsibility of the secondary education in the contemporary educational reforms depends on its ability to seize the economic, political and cultural challenges and respond to them, to launch debate topics directly related to pedagogical issues. The problem of the development, reorganization and restructuring of school inspection, according to the above aspects, should be addressed in the reform curricullare. The role of modern school inspection must give priority to general skills, which build and process social and contextual communication, and to act responsibly. However, modern school inspection is mandatory in the training of teachers in the educational reform development perspective, as a vocational version of it, possible and necessary in all high schools, in several degrees of complexity and social engagement.
