| Abstract: The work is an approach of the physical elements of earthquakes at the highschool students level, in an interdisciplinary manner. It represents a way of practical exercise for the already studied notions under the chapter called “oscillations and waves”. The topic is also interesting because Romania is a seismical country. This theme is also part of the a curriculum auxiliary called “The Energetics of the Earth”, which is elaborated by the authors for the optional subjects studied on school decision. This work studies the different forms of energy of the Earth and the structure follows the great chapters of Physics. As a whole, the theme pleads for teamwork and interdisciplinary manner of approaching contents. |
