| Abstract: Leovshin-Stepanov method was applied in order to determine the frequency of pure electronical transition ν 00 in the case of some heigh fluorescent organic componds. The results for ν 00 of the absortion spectra were compare with ν 00 of fluorescent spectra and with those obtained by the interchange of the two spectra. These resuls permitted us to draw some conclusions referring to the interaction solvit-solvent. |
