Titlu: Educational approach of nonlinear dynamics in biological systems

Abstract: The biophysical goal of the study presented inhere was to emphasize the possibility of computational approach of some dynamical aspects in biological systems. The educational frame is related to the students in Biophysics and/or Medical Bioengineering that might be taught to operate with adequate differential equations in order to describe complex biological systems. The students need to have basic knowledge of neural cell structure and functions as well as mathematical knowledge about solving the differential equations using suitable programs. The processing of the biological signal at the level of two interacting neurons might be described and discussed by applying the above mentioned knowledge.
