Abstract: The study report experimental results obtained from indolizine’s derivatives fluorescence and absorption spectra. The concentration of solutions using as solvent benzene is 10−4 mol/l. For quantum yield determination of these derivatives we used as reference quinine sulfate dissolved in 2 4 H SO (10−1 mol/l) with quantum yield value 0,54. We used this standard value because its emission range is 400-600 nm. This range is similar with indolizine’s derivatives emission range. We have measured the refractive indices of solutions, and from integrated fluorescence intensity dependence upon absorbance we have determined quantum yields. Our conclusion is that 1,1' diethylcarboxylat-3 benzoyl-3’-(methylbenzoyl)-7,7’-bis(indolizine) is more fluorescent than 1,1' diethylcarboxylat-3-(4 methylbenzoyl) -3’-(3-methoxybenzoyl)-7,7’-bis(indolizine). |
