| Abstract: The nonlinear
dielectric properties of ferroelectric materials are well known. The responses of the electric circuits
containing ferroelectric capacitors show typical nonlinear
features: nonlinear
current and polarization, hysteresis loops of
polarization P(E) and current I(E), nonlinear
oscillations that can become chaotic under specific conditions of
temperature, frequency and amplitude of the input voltage. We experimentally analysed the nonlinear
response of a LCR
resonant circuit containing a nonlinear
capacitor made of doped Barium Titanate ceramic. |
